The event is supported by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of The Republic of Indonesia, the Association of Culinary Professionals (ACP), Indonesian Retail Marchants Association (APRINDO), Indonesian Cold Chain Association, The (ARPI), Indonesian Fishery Product Processing & Marketing Association (AP5I), Specialty Coffee Association of Indonesia (SCAI) and is a member of ASPERAPI, Indonesia Exhibition Companies Association.


Highlights at the show were the Salon Culinaire Chefs contest with 615 competitors for 25 categories plus the Indonesian Barista Competition with 30 competitors

The show covered an area of 22,509 m² and was open daily from 10.00 am to 18.00.

Bali Culinary Professional's winning cuisine team has hit gold as team Chef I Wayan Wicaya together with Junior Chef's, Alexander Tanuhardja from Bulgari Bali represented ASIA at competition stage of the World Association of Chefs Society (WACS) Global Chef's Challenge.


Bali Culinary Professional's winning cuisine team has hit gold as team Chef I Wayan Wicaya together with Junior Chef's, Alexander Tanuhardja from Bulgari Bali represented ASIA at competition stage of the World Association of Chefs Society (WACS) Global Chef's Challenge.


The pair cooked up gold medal winning storm and achieved the highest points in the global Chefs Challenge Final in Santiago de Chileby defeating other delegates from Pasific Rim, Africa-Middle east, The Americas and Northern, Southern and Central Europe. from Bulgari Hotels and Resorts Bali, Darren Lauder as Vice President Bali Culinary Professionals (BCP) and Dias Raditya Wijaya as Bali Young Chefs delegate.


Bali Culinary Professionals is a non-profitable organization that supports chefs in Bali with members comprising of chefs of various levels from hotels and restaurants across the Island of Bali, together with food and beverage managers, owners and suppliers to the hospitality industry.
