For you, our valued customer, we have prepared a selection of ready-to-serve low-fat salads and low cholesterol mayonnaise guaranteed to please the palate of even the most discerning guests.
AIR DRIED BEEF SALAMI
Made with selected coarse lean beef blended with traditional spices which are then cooked and smoked producing a coarse-cut salami with a deliciously mild taste.
Available whole 0.8 kg (approx.) or sliced to order.
RED HERRING SALAD
Quality Sardine-Herring cubes and onions are complimented with apple and beetroot with low fat mayonnaise to produce a colourful, tasty ready-to-serve salad.
Our Red Herring Salad is available in 2.0 kg jars and 200 gr jars.
BEEF PEPPERONI
Coarse beef meat is blended with traditional spices and cracked black pepper corns to create a delicious, tasty beef flavour with a spicy bite perfect for pizza toppings or mix with your salad.
Available sliced and hygienically vacuum packed in 0.5 kg or 1 kg packs.
