SMOKED WHITE MARLIN
Using only the freshest, high quality ingredients, NIKMAT marinates White Marlin fillets with fresh herbs and then smokes them with oakwood for that delicious, mouth-watering flavour.

COLD SMOKED WHITE MARLIN
Only high quality, fresh herbs are used by NIKMAT to marinate these White Marlin fillets, we then cold smoke them with oakwood for that delicious, mouth-watering flavour that lingers in the mouth for a longer, tantalising after-taste.

BABY SNAPPER FILLET
Taking prime quality Baby Snapper, NIKMAT marinates and then cold smokes these fillets in oakwood, producing a delicious, mildly tasty flavour that goes well in any cuisine.
